I liked everything! Starting from the very first email contact before arrival and then during check-in. I was welcomed by the very friendly Bart, who, during our short conversation, picked up on everything I needed and helped me with all of my questions (which is a rarity even in five-star hotels). The room was very original and clean, just like the rest of the hotel. In the morning you are treated to an excellent breakfast and a pleasant, unobtrusive conversation with Bart, who gives you advice on any questions you may have, and the funny parrot Ricky, who, as soon as you sit down at the table, immediately asks for his portion of tomato and then eats it with great appetite, chirping something as a sign of gratitude to Bart :) Bart, thank you so much for your hospitality and enlightening conversations.
