Proposant une piscine extérieure, une terrasse et un bar, l’établissement O Bona Moremi Safari Lodge se situe à Khwai, à 40 km de ce lieu d’intérêt : Parc national de Chobe - Entrée Mababe. We stayed here for 2 nights second week of November 2024 mid-way though a self-drive safari in Moremi and Chobe and it was the highlight of our trip! The place is situated in a lovely location with great game drives around the surrounding area. It’s also on the doorstep to North Gate entrance if you have your own vehicle and wish to head into the park for the day. The tents and general dining area was excellent, the food was even better. As many other reviews have stated, some of which I read during my own research, the food prepared there by the chef and her team really is something else. The staff are also brilliant and will take care of every need you have. They are friendly, pleasant and genuinely want to see you have a good time. Upon arrival we had a punctured tyre, and despite this not really being an issue of the safari lodge the manager Mange came out when he saw me struggling trying to jack up the vehicle and for the next hour was on the ground with me (he basically did most of the work :) ) helping me get it fixed so we could get out on a game drive. Certainly something I won’t forget. Great guy to sit down with and chat to if you want to find out more about Botswana and the local area as he has a lot of experience around Moremi and is super friendly. We didn’t do any of the game drives offered by the lodge, but based on the experiences of other guests we spoke with in the evenings they had many excellent encounters including finding a leopard not far from the lodge itself. Overall a very well run and pleasant place to be, you will not be disappointed and we cannot wait to go back there.

Situé à Shakawe et offrant une vue sur le cours d’eau, l’établissement Xaro Lodge propose une piscine extérieure, un jardin, une terrasse, un restaurant et un bar. Arrivée en bateau magnifique L’accueil personnalisé par Le personnel très sympa et très souriant L’emplacement de l’hôtel au bord du fleuve est superbe. Le parc de l’hôtel est magnifique avec possibilité de voir des animaux. Nous avons fêté un anniversaire sur place et nous avons eu de très belles surprises qui nous ont beaucoup touchées. Les activités très intéressantes

L’établissement Mokoro Lodge vous accueille à Maun, à 6,4 km de ce lieu d’intérêt : Nhabe Museum. Il comprend une piscine extérieure, un jardin, une terrasse et un parking privé gratuit. Un accueil chaleureux, une demie heure après notre arrivée nous avions un Game d’organisé pour aller à Okavango le lendemain matin 8h, avec guide, Mokoro (pirogue) et balade à pied pour voir les hippopotames.. Le restaurant est très correcte ainsi né que le petit déjeuner.

Doté d'un jardin et d'une piscine extérieure ouverte toute l'année, le Thamalakane River Lodge propose un hébergement à Maun. Un parking privé gratuit est disponible sur place. This was the 5th hotel we stayed in due our 3 week holiday and by far the best. The setting of the hotel is awesome and very well maintanined. The food and service was second to none, the staff were all very good. Every night there was different people arriving at the hotel which kept the evenings fresh with others holiday stories. Thanks to everyone that works in the Thamalakane River Lodge.

L’établissement Shakawe River Lodge est situé à 2 km de ce lieu d’intérêt : Krokovango Crocodile Farm. Il possède un restaurant, une piscine extérieure, un jardin et un salon commun. It was just such a lovely place. Super staff and the Manager went out of his way to make us feel at home. From accommodation to boat rides and having breakfast overlooking the Okavango River was just so special. Wil return without Aa doubt. And then, spotting the Pels Fishing Owl again just put the Cherry of the top
