We loved the place due to its big surrounding garden, which is stunning and beautifully taken care of, and the team there which is super welcoming. The delicious breakfast was a new experience every day. You can spot wild animals (birds, frogs, spiders ...) on the premises and can hear the howler monkeys and many other sounds at night. I loved the power outlet on the patio. We would definetely come back!

All units feature a seating area. Some units have a terrace and/or balcony with pool or garden views. A refrigerator and coffee machine are also provided. Some units also have a kitchenette, equipped with a microwave, a toaster, and a stovetop. Towels are available. I would give this guesthouse 7 stars if that were possible. The staff were exceptionally friendly & helpful. The grounds are a tropical paradise full of birds, butterflies & other wildlife. The rooms are clean & comfortable surrounded by the beautiful gardens.

Offering a year-round outdoor pool and tropical garden, La Rana De Cahuita is set 5 km away from the centre of Cahuita. Puerto Viejo is 18 km from the property. Free WiFi and free private parking is available on site. the garden is wonderful. there are trees, plants and birds. the bungalow is very cute, functional and well equipped. the beds are very good quality. we loved our terrace with the armchairs and the hammock. the swimming pool is very pleasant and everything is very clean. this is the best place to stay in cahuita. you will hear the animals of the forest and you will be able to rest.

Chauita is a traditionell place and ypu have nice Restaurants next to the bungalow orjust 15min the walk to the Center. Puerto Viejo is much expensive and to bussy with a lot of people. Good for visit for one day.
