Sometimes people can’t be bothered to write reviews , however having such a wonderful stay with the fantastic staff and owners we feel obligated to try to put into words what a truly magnificent time we had at the Paradise Lodge Apartments. What a fantastic place and it all started each day with a wonderful breakfast. First a plate of fresh fruit picked right from the property, then a choice of omelet , scrambled eggs, sunny side up, or simple toast and jam made to order with a delicious side of rice and beans, fresh avocado, queso frito, and bacon. plus orange juice and delicious Costa Rican Coffee. From the moment we arrived the hospitality was excellent, taking our bags from the car to our super clean and spacious room and making sure we had everything we needed. The apartments are in side of a gated property which will give you a strong sense of security and safety, with ample parking very close to the rooms. The property is aptly named as it is truly a slice of paradise. From the little porch outside the rooms to the beautiful grounds and swimming pool every detail is spectacularly maintained. We wish we were able to spend more time on the property which I am sure we will do next time as we had some business to attend to on this trip so we weren’t able to enjoy the property as much as we would of liked. We did however find the time to explore the beautiful property including the shorter of the trails that go around the property. We just cant say enough about the fantastic time we had at this location. If your going to this area of Costa Rica stay at Paradise Lodge…. You wont regret it….

Die Unterkunft El Toucanet Lodge & Restaurante ist in Copey gelegen, 47 km von Nationalpark Manuel Antonio und 41 km von Yachthafen Pez Vela entfernt. The land and the gardens are amazing. The views from the balcony were also great, specially for birdwatching. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was kind and very focused on the details.

Die Trogon Lodge begrüßt Sie 1,5 km vom Stadtzentrum von San Gerardo de Dota und 9 km vom Nationalpark Los Quetzales entfernt. We loved our 2 night stay at the Trogon lodge. The location was absolutely stunning. The lodge is nestled into the cloud forest, next to a small river that provides a constant background sound that is very soothing. The gardens are spectacular and it was a great pleasure to wander around, look at the flowers, watch the hummingbirds hover or sit in one of the many chairs with a book. Even though it rained a lot it did not dampen our spirits. The room was a good size comfortable and very cozy. It does get cold here at night and we had to use the space heater a few times. The bed was absolutely the most comfortable hotel bed I slept in and as a bonus they brought a hot water bottle in the evening which was a very nice touch. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were great and the staff was wonderful - friendly and attentive and put up with our broken Spanish. The property has self-guided hiking trails to explore that are well maintained and offers guided bird-watching tours at an additional cost. We took two and the guides were very knowledgeable and showed us wonderful birds and other small wildlife. We loved how relaxing and peaceful the entire experience was. We can highly recommend this place and still think about our stay often. (We did see the quetzal and it was absolutely stunning)

Extremely immaculate and "high gloss" state-of-the-art facility. No other five star facility can outshine this place. Gleaming floors and interior, high-end furnishings, and Four Seasons quality beds. Commerce, i.e. stores and banks, are a very short distance away. The comfort of this boutique hotel is unsurpassed by anywhere i have ever stayed. It truly feels like home.

Spotlessly clean newly modernly renovated property in great Escazu location, nice common area, conference room, this specific loft had a small very well equipped kitchen as well which was great with the kids. Great value for money.

Unique place to stay in the center of Copley. Unit across the fish pond from the restaurant of the organic farm. Large size room with ample space for up to 3 adults (our party consisted of only two adults). Considering that the nights get quite cold in this area, the room kept a reasonable temperature over night, with thick blankets provided. Reasonably warm water for a good morning shower (which is a big plus, since it is not always the case in other properties in the area). Pleasant environment with nice staff members (family run place). Possibility to eat in the restaurant whereby the trout comes fresh from the fish pond.
