Bouda Krakonos was very cozy after the reconstruction, we liked that everything was wooden - that gives it a nice close-to-nature style. The staff were just AMAZING. Immediately after we arrived, we were given the key to our room and instructions and everyone was so nice and welcoming - we felt like visiting a family. There were two waiters, both looking after us nicely, the lady-cook who was coming out of the kitchen often (when free of course) chatting with guests and the rest of the staff was also amazing. We had a lot of laugh with everyone. You could tell the entire staff are like family, the atmosphere was just exceptionally warm and friendly (yet respectful). The food was simply delicious. We had the soup “kyselo” and the “potato pancakes” and both were like heaven in mouth. We also had a dog with us and everyone loved her, too.

simple and efficient, not far from few shops and restaurants, we also used the sauna which was really needed after a big hike. staff is lovely and friendly. the room was very simple but its all we needed since we spent most of the time outside. the place was clean so it was ok for me. loved the mountains, definitely hike up to Sněžka (czech/polish border) for alien/dystopian vibes!! it’s so worth it. thanks to the staff for being nice to us ☺️

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The place was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. What truly made the experience special, though, was the beautiful natural setting. Surrounded by woods with no other pensions nearby, it felt like a peaceful retreat in the heart of nature. The view was absolutely stunning—perfect for anyone looking to relax and disconnect. Highly recommended for nature lovers!
