From Laugarfell you have access to many hiking trails and you are close to the road leading to Askja. Laugarfell is accessible for all types of vehicles. I Laugarfell every year in September with friends and we love this place. The staff is always so friendly. Looking forward to next year visit.

Hosts were responsive (came by with paper towels when we requested for more), and the space was just right for three adults travelling together. Location was great, 5mins away from the main town of Hofn, and dark enough for those in search of the Northern Lights.
