This property deserves more than 10 points. We stayed for 3 nights as two adults and two children (ages 11 and 16). Everything was perfect. The rooms, bathroom, and toilet—everything was new and spotlessly clean. The kitchen had more than we needed. Having two bathrooms was fantastic. Just turn off the street and you're on the main road. Bus stops, markets, restaurants, and Lidl are all very close by. We parked the car in front of the complex. We toured all of Rome by public transportation. It was our first time in Rome, and the host was very helpful about this. He has also prepared a digital guide to introduce Rome to tourists. I printed it out before arriving. We were visiting the LDS temple and our host gave great directions to help facilitate to and from Termini and the temple and even the cruise port for departure.

Everything were clear and tidy. The interior was designed with good taste and quality. Very well equipped. Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, nespresso machine.... only some of the the equipments.
