We loved everything. Is hard to describe what an amazing energy this place has. The hosts couldn’t be any better. The view is incredible and the dinner that they prepared for us was in a perfect set up with excellent food!

Beautiful apartment! Very clean, big and good located. We, as a family of five persons, haven't to claim. We felt us like at home. Cost/performance rate top! Especially I want to thank Marco for his warm welcome and all support during our stay in Livorno and locations around. For breakfast, to drink, to snack, we had everything in this apartment and can't complain. We really enjoyed our stay and will certainly come back next time when we are in Livorno. Exceptional value for money. This apartment is relatively basic but it very clean and has everything you need. We only stayed a couple of days to make some hiking, and we didn't use the kitchen very much - but it's quite good enough for a self catering holiday. The Albergo practically next door has good food and wine and also the pizzeria 300m up the road was excellent (pana cottta chocolata is to die for!) Peaceful & quiet village about 10 minutes drive to Abetone. We found everyone very friendly and kind.

It was one ofthe nicest stays I've ever been to. Manola was welcoming and extremely helpful, she helped us come up with activities for our toddler and recommended places to eat. The building and the rooms are beautiful, the garden amd the views stunning. Definitely recommended. If we're ever going back to thee region, we're coming back to stay here. Local, homemade breakfast was a cherry on top.
