Staff were so welcoming and arranging. Being able to have a free lift before check in was massively helpful. The location at the bottom of the slopes of Tsugaike is perfect too. A really positive and warm atmosphere - I highly recommend staying there!

I was the very first guest of the new winter season. I was welcomed with open arms and smiles. The staff couldn’t do enough for me to make me feel welcome. I spent a lot of time sleeping between riding fresh powder and enjoying other guests’ company. The beds are so comfy. Everything was perfect. I felt at home and was always given a delicious breakfast too.

My partner and I stayed here over Christmas and we loved it. This place was beautiful and the hosts were very accommodating and kind. The hostess was especially lovely. She picked us up from the bus terminal and dropped us off when our stay was complete. If you're going boarding or skiing then they are close to the Sakka base camp/lift and they offer a discounted pass for Happo One. They have a dry room, and the bedroom itself was very cosy and comfortable. They also have a free laundry room (wash only). There aren't any private showers, only public baths/showers, but currently they let you book it to yourself for an hour a day due to COVID. Thank you for the fantastic stay!

Very comfortable and secluded Stay, we had everything we needed, and the Owners are very friendly. When we forgot something upon Departure, they immediately informed us, so we could pick it up later. The place is surrounded by nature and is very calm.

The house is very cozy and lovely. Though the style is more Europian, not so Japanese. I felt like I was in the cabin in Austria lol. The host provided all types of kitchenware so you can enjoy cooking. The beds were very comfortable.
