Wonderful place! We stayed in the king with a small private garden and it was so lovely. Bathroom was very big and long. Free breakfast was amazing and a 5-course slow (in a good way) leisurely experience with coconut juice, tea, fruits, bread and main. Service staff were all very nice. Definitely recommend!

Beyond the exceptional hospitality, the accommodation itself is in a fantastic location—just a few minutes walk from a beautiful beach, making it ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy both business and relaxation. I highly recommend this accommodation not only for its comfort but especially for the incredible service provided by the owner. Location. It was quite surprising to see how quite surrounding was. Host was very informative and did everything to make my stay very comfortable. I really recommend this place whoever wants to have a quite night close to Colombo. Very easy accessible to Colombo.

My flight arrived at night and Chamath was in touch in WhatsApp and met me - it was very kind. The room was clean and cozy. The kitchen had all I needed. And there was a washing machine - I didn't need to search a loundry. There were some problems with the fan and the stove - Chamath solved all of them very quickly - for me this attention to guest's request is a recipe for success hotel/inn.

They are incredibly attentive, professional, and seem to anticipate your needs before you even ask. Every request is met with a "can-do" attitude and a warmth that feels truly special. The Room & Views: Our room is a beautifully designed haven of comfort and style. It's proper and clean, with thoughtful amenities and one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in. And the view... wow! Waking up and looking out over the breathtaking landscape is a magical experience that a photo could never fully capture. The hotel's name, "Ahas Gawwa" (The Horizon), is perfectly fitting. You truly feel like you're floating above the world. Ambiance & Atmosphere: The entire property exudes a sense of peace and tranquility. It's the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The architecture blends beautifully with the stunning natural surroundings, creating an atmosphere that is both luxurious and deeply relaxing. The Food: Every meal has been a culinary delight! The chefs are clearly passionate about what they do, using fresh, high-quality ingredients to create dishes that are both delicious and beautifully presented. We've enjoyed a fantastic array of both local Sri Lankan flavours and international cuisine. Overall: We cannot recommend Ahas Gawwa highly enough. Our 3-night stay has been a dream, and our only regret is that we will eventually have to leave.

Really love the place...The place was beautiful. The room was really big and had space...Bed too...Really liked the plants that had in everywhere in the lodge. Also worth money...Good job owners...Keep it up.
