Our stay with Kumari and her family was one of the highlights of our trip to Sri Lanka. The family is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their house is in a unique location, right in the heart of the jungle. The homemade food was absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend staying at their place to anyone visiting the area.

The host was definitely the best! He arranged the best tours for me to do. He was available to take me everywhere I wanted at the time that I wanted. Really no complaints. The room was comfortable, cozy and the outside part is very chill with a lot of nature. If your going to Sigiriya, this is the best accommodation you can get.

Hospitality by the owner Anil. He is always thr for you. Asked us to use the pool even the whole night, arranged a pool side dinner. Nice pool. Rooms were decent and neat. A nice value for money property.

Great peaceful spot. We loved the sustainability aspect after having to get plastic bottles for water during our trip beforehand - they have water to get get from reception and fill provided jugs for your room. The place uses solar panels and respects the surrounding nature which we thought was great too. We loved the garden and how veggies from there are used in the dinners. We loved how the place still had all the surrounding trees. The pool was lovely to swim in. The room was beautiful with all wanted comforts (AC, mozzy net, comfy bed, clean linen, towels, etc.) and we enjoyed the outdoor shower. The staff were all friendly and professional. The breakfast and dinner is a small extra charge and we enjoyed them greatly - very delicious - we thought the breakfast might be included with the price which may be better in the future as most people got the breakfast - but also it makes sense if some people maybe don't at times :). We borrowed bikes which we thought might be too hot but absolutely ended up loving riding to climb up the smaller Rock and into town as well - it was better in the morning (roughly 8am) but we also rode in the heat midday - the roads are quite shaded - the bike riding through was a highlight as you are so close to the national park and it's beautiful!

We had a great time at Darshani, Anu and his sister were adorable host and did everything to make our stay mémorable, drove us to massage, helped to catch the early morning (and only) bus, recommanded tuktuk and tours.

An extraordinary place a bit off the beaten track but absolutely worth the drive for an unique jungle experience. We loved the treehouse as well as the roommates 🐸🐛 The employees were all very kind and the food options were quite nice. The bed was really comfortable and we enjoyed waking up to the sounds of the jungle. We also liked the outside shower and the fact that the mosquitos spared us. The river close by with the free spa therapy was also lovely.
