I absolutely loved the location, Nosy Faly truly radiates peace and tranquility. Miavaka Lodge is the perfect place to unwind, whether you’re with family, friends, or a loved one. The food was, without a doubt, the best I’ve had in Madagascar...fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.
The staff were incredibly attentive and made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. There’s a wide range of activities on offer, and Nosy Faly boasts some of the most stunning scenic views of the surrounding islands, including Nosy Be and Nosy Komba. The sunsets from the swimming pool are simply magical, and the house-made rum? Easily the best I’ve ever tasted.
To top it all off, I was welcomed with a lovely surprise: a complimentary upgrade to a larger tent nestled in the lush tropical gardens. Every detail exceeded my expectations...I’ll definitely be back!

Very welcoming staff and a lovely location. A special mention to Ornella who really looked after us. The lemurs come at sundown for bananas which is really special and was the highlight of our stay. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. The chef provides options based on what he has & cooks tasty dishes including fresh fish & prawns. The owner ( Jean Michel) was very helpful and arranged 3 days of Scuba diving for us as well as a trip to Lokobe to see the wildlife. I would recommend for a few days of peace & tranquility.

Marvellous place for the last days of our stay in Nosy Be. Spacious and typical furnished room, very clean, surrounded by a beautiful garden with a lot of different plants and trees at a few steps from our sunbeds and beach with unforgettable sunsets. We visited the tree house which was really beautifully built on a giant tree. Never seen one so big on three stores!
Service was very kind, never invasive and food was always good and fresh.
Ivonne and Loris took care of us for all our needs, even before our arrival.
We never forget and will do our best to come back soon!

The design of the place is truly special, in the misdle of the nature with a sea view and very close to the beach. Safe to walk around during the day and at night. The staff is very friendly and happy to support for everything you would need. They got me a new blanket because I was cold at night.

We had such a lovely stay at Tamarin Lodge. The location of the bungalows is fantastic, being walking distance to some local restaurants and the local market. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Special mention must be made of how beautiful and lush the garden area is and if you’re lucky you’ll spot some lemurs in the trees above. Thank you for a lovely stay
