A truly magical place. To be able to walk out the door of my room and go straight into the water was unforgettable. Clean and comfortable facilities as well. But what made this place special was the staff. Very friendly and helpful, always smiling and always wanting to make you feel at home. Can't wait to go back.

Mgoza exceeded my expectations! The staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful, the views overlooking the lake is breathtaking and the food is great. Amazing value for money! We slept really comfortably and the fan in the room was a life saver. It was really hot during our stay, but the lodge is located under big trees which made the chill / restaurant area nice and cool. Would highly recommend when visiting Cape Maclear
