The host was lovely and brought us homemade bread. The fridge was stocked with juice, milk, homemade pastries and jam. The heated blankets and very comfortable beds made our stay extra relaxing. The farm atmosphere was wonderful. In the morning, a curious cutest chicken came to visit us🥰. Also we got to feed the alpacas. We will definitely stay here again, and for longer than just one night, as everyone really enjoyed it.

The view from the living room is unforgettable and combined with how private and catered the property is creates a feeling of something truly special. Hosts are great and you can see they put a lot of effort to make the experience great - the room was perfect and the breakfast in the morning prepared by the host was served with class that very often some professional hotels are lacking.

The high ceilings and large fireplace in the hotel’s lounge provides a warm and cosy environment where guests can enjoy a book or chat with other guests. A tour desk and laundry services are available. Pre dinner canapés, antler robe hooks in bathroom, coffee machine in cabin, decor, view.

The units at the chalet complex feature private entrance and soundproofing so guests can enjoy a peaceful stay. Each unit is equipped with a kettle and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a hair dryer, while certain rooms include a fully equipped kitchenette equipped with a toaster. At the chalet complex, the units come with bed linen and towels. This place is amazing, right in Te Anau within walking distance of the lake and the bus/boat rides to Fjordland. Host was so amaying and welcoming. Just be aware there are no bowls or plates so brigh your own.
