The staff was great, communicative and very accommodating.
The hotel is around 20 mins walk from the slopes, but the manager offered to drive and pick us up everyday after skiing free of charge which was a huge help for us given we didn’t drive to the location, but used the train.
Breakfast was good, everyday in time with a variety of traditional products.
The spaces are clean and well maintained.
The location is quite and you are surrounded by nature.
It’s a great place for winter holidays, but is definitely a great place for summer too.

The staff was incredible. Falicia was so nice. When the gondola was not running, she drove down to pick us up and brought us right to the front door. Breakfast was very good. The room was very comfortable. There was music on the terrace during the afternoon which was great. Location near the top of the mountain was amazing. Nice walk to the top with incredible views. Stayed for 2 nights and it was fantastic.

A great new property with all the comforts. Calm and allowing one to rest properly. Close to the city center while sufficiently on the side to rest and have peace and quiet. Great breakfast and overall experience. The proximity of the restaurant just in front also makes it very comfortable. Perfect either for a family experience or an individual or romantic stay!

Everything! The location right by the forests is beautiful.. the cabins are beautifully decorated and well maintained. You have everything you need from coffee/tea to toiletries. The outdoors is gorgeous with a nice see through setting area that applies you to see around you while it protects you from the elements. Absolutely stunning.
My only suggestion is to add black out curtains to allow guests to sleep in a little bit in the morning as the cabin has a beautiful glass side that allows a great amount of natural light in.
