The location is beautiful, the house is comfortable and warm (maybe a bit too hot but that easily can be sorted out), the two owners were amazingly helpful and sweet. Some fresh fruits and savoury were on the table when we arrived, which just gave an extra good vibe and great start for the weekend. The bedrooms are comfortable and clean and so are the bathrooms.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cabin in the forest! The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing — perfect for a getaway in nature. The room was clean, warm, and comfortable. The staff was absolutely top-notch — friendly, helpful, and made us feel truly welcome. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and reconnect with nature!

Though the whole complex has the air of a resort from the Communist era, it turned out things are far better than I read in older comments. The room was quite big, with a nice huge balcony, and the bathroom was modernized and had a big tub. Everything was clean (though we've found two lost so ks in one of the wardrobes). We ate at Iadolina restaurant and the food was also very good, big servings well cooked. The breakfast was satisfying, too, and the waiter was very polite and prompt. There aren't many accomodations in Stâna de Vale, which is a very small resort, but ours was the right choice.
