The accommodation has a hot tub. One of the most beautiful accommodations we’ve ever stayed. We stayed in villa 10 and there were rhinos, buffaloes and much more animals next to our house. The design of the villa is on point: brand new - huge living room & kitchen, braai area, hot tub and you have your “own” chicken. The family who owns the farm is so lovely and welcomes you with open arms and hearts. We will definitely come back and will show our friends this little piece of heaven on earth. We already stayed in other much bigger game reserves but this stay was one of our South Africa highlights.

Each room and chalet at Garden Route Game Lodge offers either views of the mountains or the valley. They are elegantly decorated with thatched roofs and wooden furniture. All of them have TVs with digital channels and a safe. Our knowledgeable guide on the Game Drive, the great service. Our child absolutely loved the heated pools

Riverside Guest Lodge offers panoramic views of Grobbelaars River and Swartberg Mountains. It offers air-conditioned rooms and wooden cottages. There is a main deck with a splash pool, a bar, and a barbecue.

The rooms at Riverside are equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV, wooden floors and private bathroom. The wooden cottages have a separate dining room, a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. We loved everything, and the kids enjoyed it so much! The recommendations were on the spot, and we were truly sorry it ended too quickly

Willem was an exceptional host Loved seeing all the game.... they interrupted our dinner which was delightful but it landed up being a bit drawn out after a long days travel.

Both WiFi and private parking are available at the lodge free of charge. The location is stunning with a 280 degré view towards nature. Breakfast offers big choices with several tasteful dishes. Staff is friendly and attentive. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor shower that was part of room number 1.

Very Clean. Location is perfect. Close enough to walk everywhere in the village. Great view!
