Overall quite an enjoyable stay. We spend 1 night on our way to the Armenian border, and enjoyed the facilities. Had a great time playing pool as well.

It was a great pleasure staying in Hotel Sharl. This place is run by a beautiful and very hospitable family. Hotel is newly renovated, our room was nicely decorated and spacious, everything was new, spotless clean, very comfortable bed, toiletries and plenty of hot water which was very important, as it gets quite cold in this area at night even during summer. Very quiet with a common kitchen with everything you need. Treats, such as fresh fruit, tea & coffee await you aways. Plenty of parking right outside. Location is perfect as it's 2 steps away from the supermarket, pharmacy and fuel station. The hospitaly we have experienced exceeded all our expectations; it was the warmest welcome we had on our trip in Georgia. The stay at the Ideal Hotel was very comfortable. The room was very large and spacious. The toilet was clean and the shower was very hot. The staff was very friendly and helped us a lot with everything we asked for. "Ideal" for a first stay in Georgia by bike.
