My stay at the Glima Eco Lodge was an amazing choice and I wished I could spent more time here. Roshani and her husband are such an inspiring and lovely couple. They treat you like you re a part of their family and serve you one of the best food I ever had in my LIFE! The Eco Lodge is so beautiful, it’s very clean and so cozy. The lake is infront of you and you can hear beautiful sounds of birds. The fireplace and the environment is so relaxing and you have the space only for you! Thank you so much for everything, I hope to you see you soon!

I really like this place. This is gateway to 3 national parks in Sri Lanka. They are near to nice lake where I took canoe ride. Wonderful tree house that I ever stayed. Highly recommend this place.

This place is amazing! It’s definitely the best stay for our three-week round trip . I can only recommend it. We booked a Standard double room , Which was their basic category. But it was fantastic! The room was super clean , which is not always in Sri Lanka. They had everything more than we expected like air conditioning, hot water , mosquito nets , a fan , tea coffee, and even pool towels were provided in the room. Also best value for the money. Unbeatable! The Wi-Fi was great in the room and restaurant. Pool area also had a another Wi-Fi which was good. The pool was our favorite super Large,clean like the rest of the property surrounded with nature great to relax and in the pool even have kind of jacuzzi that you can get a massage in the water :) We also booked a Half day 7 Hour safari tour through them and it was fantastic . Price was also very good compared to other offers we had . We saw many elephants, birds and many other animals . Had a great time with the breakfast inside the park .The driver explained everything to us and was very experienced. He didn’t bother animals or go with too many jeeps . If you’re going on a safari definitely go with the hotel. The owner was very friendly, professional and had lots of experience in the industry. The rest of the staff also very helpful and available always with a smile . Thanks a lot for the wonderful stay ! We‘ll definitely come back . Highly recommend this place!

My favourite stay in Sri Lanka. Sachi and Hansi were amazing hosts who always went the extra mile. The property is a beautiful, peaceful oasis in Udawalawa and the pool is great. Breakfasts and dinners were delicious!

The room was fantastic and I had one of the best food in the whole trip, both for dinner and breakfast. Also, the host is very nice. He also helped me with the tour to the park. Very recommended place. I would def go back again.

The hospitality, and privacy are unmatched in this touristy area, two small private bungalows, hidden in the jungle-garden. We had an incredible stay. Leel organised the safari, which was amazing. He knows the park well, doesn't stay in the beginning of the park but drives well in the park to find the best spots! Dinner (curry) was great, Leels wife is an amazing cook! Will definitely recommend and stay there again.

Anju is really nice and very helpful. Dinner and breakfast were really good and made with fresh ingredients from the garden! He even went above and beyond to give us a extensive breakfast at 5am. The room was also very nice. Tours can also be done with him! I really recommend to stay here!

Everything at Amba Kola was exceptional - especially the people. Louise, Janik, and Janik’s whole family are the loveliest people you will meet. The food is fantastic - everything is locally sourced and prepared with the finest spices and lots of love (Janik’s mom is an award-winning cook by the way). At Amba Kola the hosts will go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. They took us around in their safari jeep to see the elephants and wildlife and we even went swimming in the canal! The room (and the whole property) are lovely with so many personal touches to it. Louise is an artist and her art is present all over the place! Also, the outdoor bathroom is unique. I showered in the dark under the stars - an experience like no other. All I can say is: Come to Amba Kola and see for yourself. These people deeply care for what they do and it shows in every aspect. You won’t be disappointed!
