We had absolutely wonderful stay in this villa. The pool was divine, and the villa itself was breathtaking. Wonderful palce to stay with a lovely view towards the mountain. The owner left us some snacks, which was much appreciated. Just wow! Not only it located so close to Nizwa market, it's also super clean (I'm picky!), well maintained and decorated. The breakfast was scrumptious (and very very generous in portion size) with the best fava beans I've tasted during the whole of Oman trip so far. There's nothing to complain about at this place, only praises! The owner is also very helpful in providing local guidance.

Here we really experienced old Oman and friendliness of local people. The owner came to meet us and provided nice local present on our departure. Receptionist went with us to the main parking and helped us to navigate through old city to hotels parking (it is not difficult). Room decor is high quality with sophisticated lighting system. Should not miss night walk on old city walls. We will come back

Great place. Calm, comfortable, modern in the midst of the beautiful nature of the surroundings, and also near to the restaurant street of Al-Hamra. Excellent location to reach all the main attractions of this area of Oman (Jebel Shams, Nizwa, Bahla, etc.).
