We had absolutely wonderful stay in this villa. The pool was divine, and the villa itself was breathtaking. Wonderful palce to stay with a lovely view towards the mountain. The owner left us some snacks, which was much appreciated. Excellent customer service. Was greeted immediately with coffee and dates, someone took my luggage, they asked about finding the place and parking and this was all repeated when I left - someone took my luggage with me to the car. Rooms are immaculately clean and gorgeous, fantastic rooftop to view the surrounding city and a very snappy keyfab system to enter the building and the rooms. True 5 star experience while maintaining a family atmosphere at a very affordable price!

Everything was superb. Ahmed is a friendly and hospitable host, always available to help with anything. Rooms were big, clean and smelled fresh. Location is great for trips, cheap eateries and supermarkets within a short drive. Fully equipped (incl oil, salt, tea and coffee) shared kitched.

What a perfect place!! Absolutely beautiful accomodation with great attention to detail. The accomodation is located just a minutes walk to the souk, resteraunts etc. Staff are so kind, helpful and attentive. It really was our favourite place to stay in the whole of Oman.
