I was very happy with the location of the hotel right in the middle of Andorra la Vella. Shops and restaurants were within walking distance. Loved this hotel - from a warm welcome to delicious meals in the restaurant and breakfast as we requested. Peaceful location with spectacular views and nearby lake. Staff were particularly helpful and concerned when we had a mishap and needed a few extras out of normal hours - room was spacious and modern bathroom.

Modern hotel, Spotless clean. Very large rooms indeed it was suites. Washroom was spotless clean. Hot water was sourced from natural hot springs. Bed were comfortable. Good pillows. We paid extra for parking but it was normal in Andorra. We booked room without breakfast so I can’t say for it. Staff was good and polite. We wished for longer stay but we had to returned to Barcelona.

What a lovely country!

What a lovely country! It was small and walkable with easy transportation in and out of the city. It's obvious the Andorran people take great pride in their culture and country. We enjoyed outdoor meals in the old town area, hiking up above the town, the Dali square, and especially enjoyed spending an entire rainy day at Caldea Spa. I am very happy to have experienced Andorra for three days, but would not return because, as a vegetarian, it was incredibly difficult to find places to eat. The few we found were nice, but took a lot of effort (and even had to walk out of a few restaurants) just to find a meal.

If you’re into shopping and chic brands then it’s worth a stop. Otherwise very crowded and lots of traffic and air quality was not very good as the place is located in a basin between mountains. Lots of traffic, crowded streets and bad air was the perfect reason for me to get out of the place after one just night!

Beautiful, well-kept, clean and safe.

Beautiful, well-kept, clean and safe. Everything is within a reasonable walking distance. Old Town is very nice. The shopping areas are full of people, but the crowds are manageable. The scenery is a daily bonus. You can see everything in 3-4 days.

Andorra la Vella is very clean and is well maintained. Very easy to navigate. Plenty of lifts to the higher levels of the city as you move away from the valley floor. Lots of public art and this city has been designed with visitors in mind. The local bus service within and to surrounding locations is very good. Plenty of good places to eat and plenty of choice of cuisine too.

Shoppers paradise. Buzzing town. Easy access to shops, restaurants, bars etc. Staff in the shops seemed helpful but surprisingly unfriendly. 🤔 That was disappointing. The Barri Antic hostel where we stayed was a great find in the old part of the town. Highly recommended.

Andorra is shopping heaven.

Andorra is shopping heaven. Yet make an effort to visit the old town, it is charming. Restaurants caters for all tastes and budgets. Carrefour supermarket has a self service restaurant attached, specialised in roasted chicken. Utterly delicious!! Parking is expensive but worth the cost for the saving you make on your shopping. I good base to have if you wish to go hiking. stunning views of the mountains in all directions.

The hotel is a beautiful property located in the center of Andorra la Vella. Everything of interest including shopping, restaurants and major sites are within meters of the hotel. The entire property reflects understated elegance and attention to detail throughout in function and décor. The staff was the most attentive from our first contact at check-in and at the restaurant Coure, where we had a wonderful dinner and an exceptional breakfast, both with impeccable service.

Location was perfect, in pedestrianised zone, hotel easy to find, breakfast was great and good value with plenty of choice. Nice coffee. Hotel clean and quite well decorated. Fluffy towels. Good restaurant and pizzeria onsite and very close to bars, restaurants and shops. 5 min walk to Caldea. Friendly staff. Price was good so didn't expect much luxury!

The hotel is less than 900m from the Bus station, and it was easy to find. It is right at the centre where you have the Andorra La Vella signage. Everything you may want to see is within walking distance , with a good choice of restaurants, cafes and shops . I was given a piece of cake and a drink as I had checked in on my birthday 🎂
