A very nice hotel on the river, with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and a 4-minute walk from the main center in Andorra (where the street goes left into ‘old town’ and right into the shopping district). The hotel has access to an underground parking (for a fee, part of which the hotel subsidizes), has a nice restaurant for breakfast and dinner, and a spa with thermal water. The rooms are big and the bathroom has a bathtub. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable (special thanks to Filip!). Andorra is adorable!

It's a fantastic hotel, that I believe is brand new or at least recently renovated. It's one of the nicest hotel rooms I've stayed in Europe, including most of my 5-star hotel stays. The room is spacious, beds are very comfortable, the air conditioning works perfectly. My mother loved her room. Felt like she was in a "space ship." Spa tub and shower is nice with good pressure. The location is great for shopping, and Caldea Spa is less than a mile away. It's exactly in the middle of Old Town and Caldea Spa via walking. It wasn't skiing season---but I can imagine it would be a great room to come back to. The restaurant in the hotel is serviceable, probably as good as anywhere else. At some point, I think the restaurant would have viable potential. If this hotel had an indoor pool, or other amenities, it would certainly be considered 5-star compared to those in major cities like Paris, Barcelona, etc.

What a lovely country!

What a lovely country! It was small and walkable with easy transportation in and out of the city. It's obvious the Andorran people take great pride in their culture and country. We enjoyed outdoor meals in the old town area, hiking up above the town, the Dali square, and especially enjoyed spending an entire rainy day at Caldea Spa. I am very happy to have experienced Andorra for three days, but would not return because, as a vegetarian, it was incredibly difficult to find places to eat. The few we found were nice, but took a lot of effort (and even had to walk out of a few restaurants) just to find a meal.

If you’re into shopping and chic brands then it’s worth a stop. Otherwise very crowded and lots of traffic and air quality was not very good as the place is located in a basin between mountains. Lots of traffic, crowded streets and bad air was the perfect reason for me to get out of the place after one just night!

Beautiful, well-kept, clean and safe. Everything is within a reasonable walking distance. Old Town is very nice. The shopping areas are full of people, but the crowds are manageable. The scenery is a daily bonus. You can see everything in 3-4 days.

Andorra la Vella is very clean and is well maintained. Very easy to navigate. Plenty of lifts to the higher levels of the city as you move away from the valley floor. Lots of public art and this city has been designed with visitors in mind. The local bus service within and to surrounding locations is very good. Plenty of good places to eat and plenty of choice of cuisine too.

Shoppers paradise. Buzzing town. Easy access to shops, restaurants, bars etc. Staff in the shops seemed helpful but surprisingly unfriendly. 🤔 That was disappointing. The Barri Antic hostel where we stayed was a great find in the old part of the town. Highly recommended.

Andorra is shopping heaven.

Andorra is shopping heaven. Yet make an effort to visit the old town, it is charming. Restaurants caters for all tastes and budgets. Carrefour supermarket has a self service restaurant attached, specialised in roasted chicken. Utterly delicious!! Parking is expensive but worth the cost for the saving you make on your shopping. I good base to have if you wish to go hiking. stunning views of the mountains in all directions.

The hotel is in an excellent location. The shopping district and restaurants in Andorra La Vella are within walking distance. The room we stay in had amazing views of the mountains and city. It was spacious with a generous balcony and a small kitchenette. The heated pool was a good size and perfect for relaxing after a day spent the walking.

Easy to meander from the hotel into the shopping Av Maritxell. Grocery stores are nearby. It's easy to find the hotel by driving to Andorra la Vella and the hotel car parking is convenient. The breakfast buffet was excellent.
