It’s really good location to go to the slopes, ski lift it’s right beside it. And there is a shop you can rent all the equipments for ski. I just got surprised when we had to pay for the sauna, it’s the hotel rules, but it was the first hotel in life that I had to pay to use the facilities.

I was there for the World MTB championships and the...

I was there for the World MTB championships and the organisation for getting to and from the bike park was excellent. There were plenty of buses available to the gondola to access the bike park. I also had a days hiking where I found the route very well sign posted with paths and bridges well kept.

Family ski trip with a 8 and 6 year old.

Family ski trip with a 8 and 6 year old. The resort is very good for beginners and intermediates. Everyone working here in all areas seemed friendly. We all had ski school which was all at the same time and oddly morning four hours lessons were split to 09:00-12:00 and 15:00-16:00. This meant a lot of time was wasted dropping off kids and getting to lessons/waiting for people to arrive as it was twice per day. And we couldn't really go do anything else if we wanted to attend the afternoon hour lesson. Our instructors were all very good during the lessons though. We also paid for lockers at the top of the gondola but they didn't open till 15 minutes before lessons started 5 minutes away, resulting in a mad rush of lots of people trying to get ski boots on in a small space all at the same time. The resort was not that busy when we were there, but the bars/restaurants on the slopes filled very quickly and it was often a wait to get a table for lunch. Facilities were all pretty good otherwise.

Great resort for skiing at a beginner/intermediate level.

Great resort for skiing at a beginner/intermediate level. Beginners will blossom with fantastic ski schools. Intermediates can ski in Arinsal and take the gondola across to Pal on the other side of the mountain so more choice of skiing. Great bars and food in the restaurants is excellent. And super value for money compared to Other ski resorts. Highly recommend.

For me, La Massana/Pal/Arinsal/Ordino is the best area in...

For me, La Massana/Pal/Arinsal/Ordino is the best area in Andorra to stay, far from the chaos and bustle of Andorra La Vella and Les Escaldes. It's next to the ski resorts of Pal and Arinsal, and very close to Ordino-Arcalís. It's also an excellent area for motorbike tours.

We were with friends and our children. The green areas and parks are great; we used the car to get around and went to many places, where we went mountain biking and other activities like an adventure park.

It's a picture-perfect town, gorgeous, with absolutely nothing to complain about 🤩 Getting around is very convenient because everything is close by, plus there are plenty of buses running all day long, and you can't go wrong with any place to eat there.

Best location next to ski lift, great parking, spacious rooms and pleasant bar area to real in after the slopes. Cleaning staff left our room spotlessly each day and all of the staff from reception to restaurant and bar teams were friendly , kind and helpful . Rooms are a little dated- but lovely large balcony, modern TV with Netflix etc, great beds and small kitchen area with kettle. Showers also roomy and hot.

Located in a ski resort, the hotel apartment we had was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. Lovely views down the valley from our apt. Breakfast at the hotel was good and resonably priced. Pleanty of restaurants to choose from within an easy walk. The surrounding area is ideal for walking, with a gondola to take you up the mountain if you only want to do one way. Would recommend.

2 Adults, 1 Teen. Great communication before we arrived. Very friendly staff. Room was spacious and very clean. Had enough kitchen equipment to cook a meal if you wanted. Easy access with a key card. Arinsal has a good assortment of restaurants, cafes and shops. Good bus service too, if you want to explore. Definitely recommend!
