Everything was 10/10. The staff was SOOO helpful and sweet. They made sure that everything was perfect all the time. I travelled alot but have never experienced a hotel that good before! They made sure I could check-in early. Lana/Lara and the other staff was so welcoming. Everytime I leaved my room they cleaned it and made sure all the supplies was there. Moreover, the location of the hotel was more than perfect!!! Just a elevator down then I was in the mall with 1000 of shops! I will for sure stay with four seasons again and also recommend it to my family and friends! Thanks to the hotel for everything!

Staff was friendly and professional! Immaculate clean spotless rooms that prioritize sustainable use of water. I saw there is a pool, sauna, gym and spa but I was too exhausted to explore!! I requested for a quiet room after arriving just before midnight, they upgraded me to a quiet room!! Location is also ideal, it is conveniently located next to Al Wahda Mall so perfect to spend a day if youre on a transit like i am!
