I felt for 885AED ($232) it was nowhere near up to scratch with hotels around Dubai / Abu Dhabi. There were no facilities such as a restaurant or bar pool bar area. The bungalows themselves are very very dated, old furniture, mosquito nets all broken so bugs etc can get inside easy. Breakfast was ok but should be at this price! place has potential to be really nice with a bit TLC but currently well overpriced and wouldn't return for half the price, very disappointed but the staff were friendly.

The location is perfect as its on the border of Dubai and Abu dhabi .
The community is amazing with Club House being so near to this property hard 1 min walk. with a gym and swimming pool.
the community is peaceful and very quite.
there is a bigger swimming pool also near by .
overall it was an amazing experience.
