This hotel is SO unique, clean, and provides exceptional service! The staff were wonderful. The location was amazing and was within walking distance from most of the famous tourist attractions! Restaurants nearby were all fantastic. Can't wait to stay here again!

Beautiful new renewed hotel with great view and a wonderful veranda. Clean room a bit on the small side but comfortable. No hangers in the walls or bathroom for hanging clothes or towels- similar to most hotels we’ve been in Albania

The location is very good in the middle of the castle, the view from there is amazing exactly like the staff.The girl who worked there was so nice helped us with everything that we needed and prepared something very sweet in the room for my birthday. She gave me flowers, a small cake and a bottle of wine that they are making by them self!! It was very tasty, try it when you are there. I would visit again!

This is family run and you can see the love and care they put. It was a wonderful experience. The young man is such a genuinely kind and polite person. He made us feel very welcomed and helped us with everything we needed. I highly recommend this, if you want a quiet, clean and homie place to stay in Berat.
