The hosts were incredibly friendly, helped us settle in and let us taste their home made produce. We gave each other a heartfelt goodbye when it was time to leave, even though we didn't share a language. The place is very homely and has a great view over the valley.

Very lovely and quiet place surrounded by beautiful nature. If you travel by car and plan to visit Gjirokaster, then it is a great place to stay. Gjirokaster is full of tourists and busy, so you can relax and enjoy some peace in Bujtina Sophie. You can visit historical and amazing church next door, take some great walks and enjoy good food. I really loved baked cheese with figs and pistachios. Breakfast was nice, beds were comfortable and room was clean. It is a great place to stay to take some time off and just enjoy the peace.

This place is like paradise! The are is super chill and wonderful. The nature is so calming. I loved that we could watch the sunset from our room. We had a delicious dinner and also the breakfast . The food was fresh and local.We tasted the local wine,it fitted perfectly to the food. The room was large spacious and very clean. There was also a tarrace with magnificient view , outside dining area overlooking panoramic view. The host was friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for the experience!! We will come back!

We don’t know where to begin! The twelve year old girl who showed us the property with so much joy and passion. Or the most amazing and cosy tiny house we saw in whole Albania. Or the food made by the family. Or the fire they made for us while having diner. Our stay at this place is definitely in our top list of things we did in Albania. Sounds corny to say that we wished we stayed a night longer, but we definitely wanted to stay a night longer!

We was there end of August, the place was amazing and the views of the mountains was breathtaking, , also big plus for the rooms all air-conditioning and super clean. The staff was always pleased to help and meet all our needs , they give us a welcoming bottle off wine wich was really nice , the rooms ware spacious and welcoming , the patio and the pool very relaxing , they have an outside bbq that we definitely used,they can provide the meat and anything else u might need ,, in front of the accommodation they have a a la carte restaurant with amazing food and service and amazing prices value for money , u can also have room service for the food on your patio with your own personal server . Will definitely come back next year and hopefully for a longer stay . Recommended

A truly unforgettable stay! My husband and I had an amazing time during our stay. We enjoyed absolute peace and quiet, surrounded by endless greenery and right next to a historic site. The food, prepared by Gero, was absolutely delicious from traditional local dishes to his authentic pizzas, everything was full of flavor and made with care. But what truly made our experience special was the incredible team. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, and we definitely made new friends. A special mention goes to Agush ,unbelievably funny, full of energy, and truly the heart and soul of the hotel. He will forever have a special place in our hearts. We’ll definitely be back soon!
