Fantastic service from Mario the owner/manager, he went out of his way to accommodate us, a true gentleman. The rooms was comfy and the ambience of the room was top notch. Beds were great too. The breakfast was next level. Been to Korce many times but have found my hotel for future visits, thank you Mario and team.

This was honestly one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at in our life! The hotel is very beautiful and elegant, and our room was spot on: classy, very clean and spacious, beautifully decorated. Also, the owner and the staff were very kind, and welcoming, helping us with everything we needed. And the breakfast: wow, that was just amazing! We still remember and talk about this breakfast and even tried to recreate some of the dishes, it was that good! It's not a buffet like in other hotels; at Vila Borgjeze, you receive a menu and choose the dishes you want and the selection is very local: you can get for instance Petka, a local pasta dish, or traditional Albanian pancakes, or eggs with sausage and veggies, and more! So in short, we definitely recommend this hotel!!

Very nice place, clean, Orthodox church in the center.

Very nice place, clean, Orthodox church in the center. We didn't manage to climb the observation tower, it didn't work early in the morning. It's a nice neighborhood near the old bazaar. The brewery is worth a visit - they have a couple of tours a day and a beautiful restaurant next door in the park.

The city is lovely, lots of good restaurants and coffee...

The city is lovely, lots of good restaurants and coffee shops. The Medieval Art museum was brilliant as was the photography museum (though strangely no shops in either). Highly recommend a trip to the cross on the hill and the Church of St. Elias, the most spectacular views. Sky Hotel bar is a great place to view the city and surrounds. I wished I had stayed longer and look forward to a return visit.

One of the few cities in Albania we'd not been to before,...

One of the few cities in Albania we'd not been to before, but it's great. And close to Lake Ohrid if you're willing to take the local buses and then haggle with taxi drivers in Prrenjas to get over the border. Ach, borders ... outside the EU, it's kinda trying, but you have to keep on.

We were unsure about including Korçe in our trip but no...

We were unsure about including Korçe in our trip but no regrets. The town is pretty and the market square busy and fun in evenings along with main streets. There are bars and restaurants everywhere and we also had enough activities to fill our days with museums and churches but also driving to the lakes and the surrounding mountains. Very chilled few days and worth the detour.

The city was great, with clean streets and sidewalks. Smily people on the street, lots of tourists from all over the world. Safe city. plenty of restaurants with fare priced dishes, with live music on weekends. Plenty of museums to visit.

This hotel is the perfect representation of Albanian culture! It mixes a traditional ambiance with modern amenities. The hotel is the perfect size for a personalized and quint experience in Korca. The breakfast was a traditional Albanian breakfast, the staff is very friendly and hospitable, and the rooms are very modern but traditionally decorated. Another fabulous stay at Vila Borgjeze. This hotel is so beautiful and the staff are so friendly it feels like coming home. The rooms are spotlessly clean and well equipped. Breakfast is one of the best in Albania. The location can’t be beat for walkability to everywhere. We love staying here when on Korçë.

Very nice little hotel in the center of Korçë. Everything is brand new, spotless clean and the owner is very friendly. We could park the car just in front of the hotel entrance. Location is good is within a few minutes walk from the old bazar.
