Everything was perfect. The staff is amazing, ready to solve any problem you may encounter, very comfortable bed. You have everything you need in the room, bath robe, slippers, mini bar. The breakfast is very good, served on the roof of the hotel. Great location, very central. I didn't know what to think before booking, because they had only a few reviews (all good), but that is because it's a new hotel. They really deserve all the great reviews.

We liked the kindness of the staff, Ergi is really helpfull with any questions we had! The mum cooks and makes you feel good with food. We had the family room, and it is perfect for 5. Breakfast is really good with fresh products. We enjoyed the cuisine for locals that is hosted just next to the hotel by the owners... good value for money, fantastic food. We loved the city, the kindness of the people in general. We stayed for 6 nights. From the hotel you can see the mountains, you are in the city... I would for sure return there!

Everything was great the view from balcony breakfeast the silence the location is in middle between south and north terminal and center and its very quite and calm hotel manger host big thanks to Artan he is the best he made sure everything goes by perfect! He was our tour guide helped us with ideas with places to go he helped us with everything and always made sure we had a good sleep great breakfast and welcomed us by daily even asks us about our trip we stayed there for 7 nights I recommend this hotel especially if first time coming to Albania i give this hotel 10/10 for bottom of my heart the best things room and view is exactly like pictures! Thank you artan ! Definitely will be back soon !
