A good new apartment house in the southern part of Theth. With beautiful views and is located in a chilly area. The breakfast was simple but superb and our host Ardit is really a very nice person. The beds were cosy, the window shutters work well, so we slept well in a big, clean 4-bed room. Some smaller rooms face a poultry yard with some roosters, so bringing earplugs is a good idea. It is close to the Grunas waterfall. The village "center" is 15 minutes away. We were not hunting for the cheapest place to stay this one is really a category above.

We absolutely LOVED staying here! The location is amazing, nestled between the mountains and next to a river. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the right place! The cabin is super cosy, especially the bed upstairs. The hosts were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We hope to stay here again someday :)

The room is exactly as you see it, clean and spaciouse and beutiful views from the window. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help. the food is at the guesthouse restaurant is tasty. Local ingridients and reasonble prices. we had breakfast and dinner. loved it. try the Tava. The staff were super freindly.

We loved our stay at Zici, the family running it is lovely and were very attentive to anything we needed. Breakfast was always great! It’s a perfect place to stay for hiking to Blue Eye and is just a little ways from Theth center. Can’t recommend enough!
