It’s a new hotel and everything is brand new. Personnel was really friendly and helpful. View is amazing and you are only 10’ walk from city center. Easy access if you arrive by car. But best thing was the breakfast!

The family who run the hotel are so lovely. They helped us find the hotel and navigate the very steep roads. Theu provided parkinf and no need to use your car whilst there as they offer a really helpful free taxi service where they drive you into the town and pick up for free up until 11pm. The rooms were clean and traditional and they were also well maintained with good facilities. I would recommend anyone who wants to see Gjirokaster and visit the castle and town to stay at this hotel! I think the people who run the hotel really made this experience!

We stayed for two nights and absolutely loved it. The location is ideal for visiting the historic area on foot while also enjoying peace and quiet. Eleana is an incredible host, attentive, kind, and very thoughtful. The property itself is full of beautiful history, and the restoration has been carefully designed, making you feel as if you are in a truly unique place. You can ask for a place to park your car for free what is super useful in the storical distric. Breakfast on the terrace in front of the rooms was wonderful: homemade, varied, and abundant, a perfect way to enjoy the authentic flavors of the region. I would definitely recommend staying here. It’s a place with real personality and charm, and one that leaves you with very special memories.

What impressed me the most was the cleanliness that this hotel offers. I really liked the breakfast, it was delicious and plentiful. something else that caught my eye was the behavior of the staff. The hotel is beautiful. In fact, it had only been open for 3 weeks when we arrived. The lobby is very inviting with a very nice fireplace and decor. The rooms are very comfortable and upon check in we were greeted with a pitcher of flavored water and some nice drinks and snacks in the mini bar. Breakfast is great, with a selection of items including eggs cooked to order. The location is fine, but there is a hill to walk up in order to get to Old Town. The absolute best part of our stay, though, was Julie who does everything, from checking you in to cleaning the rooms, making breakfast, answering questions, etc. She is the best and the company is lucky to have her as such a great representative. We had a wonderful time!!

We loved each and every bit about this stay.The caretakers and the beautiful view.We went with our toddler and he enjoyed it like he is in farm ..Near by walks are quite scenic ...And it's true hidden gem... Bujtina KOEL was our favourite place out of all the places we stayed on a three-week trip around Albania. The owner, Thanas, is a real gentleman and takes such pride in the place he has built, and how he looks after his guests. We arrived as guests and left as friends. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Thanas is a great chef, and teams up with a local, Nina, when needed. Together they presented us with true feasts for dinner. Thanas's homemade Raki was graciously shared with us after dinner. The location is great - it's an adventure to get to but the views are amazing. Absolutely worth visiting.
