Great host, treats guests like family, always helps, advises, gives a lift, translates and advises. His wife makes a great breakfast and his father is a master chief of Barbecue, he taught us how to make traditional Sish kebab and told a lot of great stories. The reason why I write this is because all of that makes you feel safe from the beginning in such a country as Armenia and i think it's the biggest advantage for this choice of hotel.

OUR House is located in Vagharshapat and features a plunge pool and city views. Featuring a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace.

The house was neat and clean. Lovely decorations with creative paintings on the wall. The host and his daughter were friendly and helpful. Great location. Echmiadzin is a small and cozy city, can easily reach the centre within 10 mins walking.

Very nice guest house, with kind and gentle owners. The room was very clean, the bed was very confortable and very practice. They have very nice garden with barbeque place to make barbeque. I recommend for sure and we will go back there. We are very satisfied. I heard about armenians only good things, so I can prouve that they are very nice people with a big heart. Everything went well. We stayed very shortly just after arrival and before departure. The transfers to and from the airport went very smoothly although they were at night. The location is good with supermarkets nearby and the hotel is clean. The staff were friendly and polite. The price value is excellent. Thank you very much!
