Great host, treats guests like family, always helps, advises, gives a lift, translates and advises. His wife makes a great breakfast and his father is a master chief of Barbecue, he taught us how to make traditional Sish kebab and told a lot of great stories. The reason why I write this is because all of that makes you feel safe from the beginning in such a country as Armenia and i think it's the biggest advantage for this choice of hotel.

What can I say bout this hotel, this is my second stay here and it is a beautiful hotel with amazing courtyard for breakfast. The Staff are a credit to the hotel. They will do anything to help. Such an amazing hotel. THE restaurant also do cheep and very tasty home cooked food. See you all next year!

The house was neat and clean. Lovely decorations with creative paintings on the wall. The host and his daughter were friendly and helpful. Great location. Echmiadzin is a small and cozy city, can easily reach the centre within 10 mins walking.

A visit to the Cathedral of Etchmiadzin – the spiritual center of the Armenian Apostolic Church – is highly recommended. The site is deeply moving and rich in history. The nearby ruins of the Zvartnots Temple are another architectural gem worth exploring. Yerevan is easily accessible and offers a wide range of attractions, including the History Museum, the Cascade with its modern art and panoramic city views, and the Armenian Genocide Memorial at Tsitsernakaberd. The hotel is a museum in itself, as well as an art school, an art gallery. Even if you do not lodge there, have a visit. There also is a restaurant. So we stayed there surrounded by art. The hotel is also at walking distance from Etchmiadzin's religious site
