A very nice place by the river, beautiful territory, a fountain, very clean rooms , very delicious cuisine and friendly staff. Clean room, enough space and you have all the necessary facilities. They offer free transfer to the city center, you are very close but still have a nature to enjoy. They allowed us to stay with a small dog for extra price.

Everything was perfect, clean,not really far from city center, the host was super kind and hospitable. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Loved it. So clean and modern and comfortable and in a great location. We were worried when we got to the door at the street at 1.30am because it didn't look great, but as soon as we were inside... fantastic. I have attached a picture of the front entrance to show what I mean. The lady on Reception, Anna, I think, was great and helped us a lot.

That was such a great experience! This hotel is really customer-oriented. They do everything for you to get joy and pleasure while staying there. The staff became my friends within a week: special thanks to Arshak, Nora, David, and, of course, beautiful owner Svetlana. Everything you need, these guys immediately try to make happen. Some days I was late for breakfast because of loud and funny Yerevan nights, so the staff, including the owner left breakfast for me, that was so sweet🥹🫶🏼 (but don't be like me guys😅). Not to mention, my acquaintance with the hotel started in the Booking chat when I asked if it's possible to check me in earlier. Not only did they really try to make it happen, but also were very sweet while talking. Already then I understood that I'm gonna stay in the cool place. Rooms are super new, super clean, and it was very comfy there. Loved these cozy wall lamps and soft carpets! Huge storages, I asked for extra clothes hangers, and lovely woman Nora kindly provided them to me🫶🏼 Last but not least, breakfasts there are PHENOMENAL! Not much, but everything, literally everything, was delicious and made with love directly by the owner, Svetlana.🩷 Even things I usually don't eat, I was eating with pleasure in this hotel. The property location is very ideal as it’s very close to the city center. It has a very cute and cozy small garden that I particularly liked. The room was very nice, with a beautiful decoration that’s mixing both traditional and modern characteristics. Also I loved that the pillow cases, bed covers and towels had the smell of a very nice fabric softener. The room overall was extremely clean and looked after and the bathroom especially was perfectly clean. The staff was also extremely helpful, kind and friendly. Overall I’d rate my experience a 10/10 and I’d definitely suggest this place to everyone and especially solo travelers like myself.

We had an incredible experience at this hotel; it felt like a home away from home. The host's unparalleled friendliness and kindness made our stay truly special. Being invited to dinner by the owner added a personal touch, and I've never felt more comfortable at any other place. It's like staying at your grandparents' house, filled with warmth and genuine hospitality. Highly recommend for a cozy and welcoming stay.

The host is always accessible by chat, and so much helpful. The location is good. In the hotel neighborhood, restaurants and supermarkets are available. The flat was clean, with a nice street view and plenty of daytime sunlight.
