Extra clean spacious guesthouse, in a quiet area, with delicious breakfast and a warm welcome. I even met two fellow Italians in search for some good snow for ski-alp :) best evening and chat with Mariya and Edgar, the two lovely managers of this little hotel. Will come back for sure, absolutely recommended, they are even huge fans of Kapan city which is a true gem!

Brand new, comfortable and clean hotel close to the centre of Kapan. The rooms are big, well equipped and very comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are many amenities included in the price. The breakfast was outstanding with a selection of classical staples as well as local specialities. We had an amazing stay and would recommend the place to anyone looking for great value for money in Kapan.
