I've stayed here twice. The first time I arrived late at night, but I was greeted well. It’s a nice, clean house, a quiet, pleasant place. You can always contact a very friendly and helpful host if you need anything. Not everyone may like the location, but with affordable taxi fares in Yerevan (e.g. Yandex.Taxi) there are no problems with getting around.

Very comfortable and amazing staff. We had booked another hotel but stopped at the Ramada to ask for help as we couldn’t find our hotel. The staff were so helpful and really went out of their way to make sure we found the hotel, that we decided to cancel the hotel we’d booked and check into the Ramada instead. It was a great stay and we were so glad we switched.

I recently stayed at Nova, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff’s warm welcome and professionalism made me feel at home. While it's not exactly in the city center, it's quite close. We'd looked at a few places in the city center before this one, but they weren't as clean or comfortable as this one. Everything was great. The Booking.com map shows the location as opposite, but Google Maps shows the correct location.
