We are very satisfied with our stay at Igit Plaza! The hotel is very new, modern, and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The staff was polite, professional, and always ready to help. It's conveniently located close to the city center, making it easy to get around. We also appreciated the free parking, which was a big plus. Overall, a great experience and excellent value for money. Would definitely stay again!

We were upgraded to suit from premium. Room was big and clean. Unfortunately I dont know the name of the representative on desk, but he was sooooo helpful and kind. We travelled by car so we were very tired + hungry so we expressed our concerns about spa a bit roughly (you cant go together as a couple because the spa is separate for man and women) but he managed everything great and made our stay amazing. All the staff were great actually

The stay was perfect! Absolutely comfortable and clean room with everything what you need! Staff were very friendly, helpful and hospitable. Everything. The stuff is really friendly and actually speaks english so we were able to comunicate. The hotel is a 1-2min walk from the main square. There is a secured parking behind the building. The breakfast was actually one of the best we had. There is a kitchen that you can use and you can always have a coffee, the, so perfect for longer stays.

Everything one would expect from a decent hotel - all the little extra touches, super clean and a great location (opposite my favourite cafe, Aregak, and the fab Azlamazyan Sisters Gallery). I loved Gyumri and hope to return - if I do, I would definitely stay at this hotel. Two mini suggestions - some hangers in the wardrobe please, and a full length mirror.
