It was close to two metro stations, kebab shops and regular supermarkets. The distance between location and the centre was 15-20min by foot. The rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels and floor mopping. The breakfast was nice and changed from day to day.

The staff were absolutely amazing and very helpful. The location is a bit far from the city center, but the room was very clean and a good size. Breakfast was basic but tasty. Overall, great value for the money!

I have stayed in many hotels but this is the best I have had. The room was very comfortable and clean and everything worked asit should . The cleaners always came every day asking if room needed cleaning. Water was always replenished everyday. The reception staff were the fantastic and helpful. Also gave complimentary refreshments. This hotel is best service I have recieved and highly recommend.

My stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The breakfast was a feast for the senses, with new and exciting options to discover each morning. Tamara is the best host!:) Really helpful and kind! The hotel is good, just perfect location few minutes from metro and bus stations, there are a lot if cafes, shops and banks there. The room was nice, and the breakfast too. Definitively we will stay only there if we'd go to Yerevan once again. We felt like at home!

This is a true gem of a hotel. The staff are the best, so friendly and helpful, and with good English, they made our stay a memorable one. Our room was great, with great attention to detail in the layout. And we had a view of Mt Ararat from the window! There are lots of communal areas and a wonderful garden to relax in. The breakfast buffet was exceptional.

Hotel is located 15 mins from city center if you use taxi. There is a good supermarket (open nonstop) located 5 mins from hotel and a few pharmacies. So you can buy everything there. Very nice and helpfull owner. Small, clean room. Shared bathroom. We could use fridge. For the money, very good value.
