Greatest hotel with the greatest staff we've seen in Armenia

Zaritap guesthouse features a very high standard of facilities, a really nice garden to hang out and a beautiful living room with a massive window into the garden. Everything was brand new. The staff was very polite and courteous. The value for money is excellent! We spent a rest day there reading which it was perfect for.

this hotel is in a strategic position for visiting the region and for the innumerable monasteries that can be reached easily. It is manegment by a very friendly and hospitable family who advised us where to go for dinner. the rooms are simple with air conditioning, we were also able to do the laundry because there is a small garden to hang out the laundry. breakfast good and plentiful with delicious homemade jams. we highly recommend it

Very kind and friendly hosts. This was the cleanest and most comfortable property we stayed in Armenia. Very nice central location if you are travelling through Armenia, but also perfect for longer stays. We stayed here two times when travelling to Tatev and also on the way back.

This place is a paradise that you don't hope to find in Armenia! The location is stunning - it is quiet, you are surrounded by nature, and it is beautiful scenery throughout the day. The facilities are spotless clean and everything is taken care with love, every small detail, everywhere you look. Every decoration is interesting, and the interior is very unique. We didn't expect it to be this great, but hands down, this is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed anywhere on our travels. The kitchen has everything you need. The bathrooms are very clean and new. Towels and sheets smell amazing. There are plenty of areas where to hang around inside, and they are all beautiful. We especially loved the swing above the place - what a perfect spot. The owner - another level of hospitality. He was always very attentive and making sure you were fine. We were gifted by the most delicious strawberries and pastries from his wife, and we were allowed to eat the berries that grew there. Not to mention, we shared coffee and nuts together and watched the most beautiful thunderstorm we have ever seen. We decided to stay extra (3rd) night, and needed to load our groceries, so he took us to the shop and back in the cleanest car we have ever seen 😍 The kittens in the yard are so lovely, and the husky dog Taiga is very sweet also. For the third night, we moved to the smaller house that is designed by the owner, and it is so authentic and cosy, you feel like you are staying in the countryside with 5 star hotel facilities. I could go on and on about this place, you have to come and experience it by yourself. This is not to be missed if you are in the area. A house in a beautiful garden!

Yura and his wife are amazing hosts. The place was very clean and warm, which is very good in the colder months. Yura also took us around to see some great sites around the area and also dropped us and picked us up after completing a hike about 30 minutes away. We also had meals prepared for us by his wife and they were absolutely delicious! We loved our stay!

Our host Edgar has been really kind to us, he gave us many advices and manage many things to us. The room was clean really lovely, the garden too. A nice kitchen are available to cook, we were lazy to go out one day and we enjoyed it. I can only recommend this place.
