The city isn't prepared for tourism; in the city center...

The city isn't prepared for tourism; in the city center there's only one bar/restaurant, and it's not even open every day! Luckily, on National Route 7, just outside the city, there's a restaurant at a gas station where you can have a very good lunch or dinner.

We liked the place so much that we didn't go out much...just...

We liked the place so much that we didn't go out much...just around the corner there's a roadside restaurant where you can eat very well at affordable prices, and they sell everything...we went out at night and it was very peaceful...we went through the town to say goodbye and saw places to eat and rotisseries; the hotel also gives you delivery numbers and there are places to eat there...there's also a grill if you fancy a barbecue...

We really liked the hotel.

We really liked the hotel. Its location right on the highway was great. The room and pool facilities were very nice. My family and I went for a short break. Carmen de Areco is a very quiet town and not very touristy. The hotel can serve as a place to stop over or to stay for several days and enjoy the sun, the pool, and take advantage of the barbecue.

Small, well-kept town, with neighbors who greet you as soon...

Small, well-kept town, with neighbors who greet you as soon as they see you, even without knowing you, which I love and enjoy! It feels peaceful and safe! I really liked it. I would go back. We had breakfast at Mucca, on the street, and dinner at Como en Casa! We were served with great friendliness in both places! Thank you!

It's a very peaceful town, perfect for relaxing, with some...

It's a very peaceful town, perfect for relaxing, with some green spaces for walks. The train station is lovely for taking photos, as are some of the older houses that give it a small-town feel. I liked that it was relatively close to San Antonio de Areco, making it easy to visit for the day, as there are many old houses and buildings there.
