Very good room, perfect bathroom, large comfortable bed. Breakfast was lacking fresh vegetables, but otherwise decent. Coffee was very good. It was nice that we were not rushed to finish breakfast exactly at 11.00 and could stay at the breakfast restaurant a bit longer and enjoy our coffee. Receptionists were very kind and helpful. Good and safe parking near the hotel.

Excelent human staff. Nice and clean 5* hotel - hard to find this type around San Juan. Mr Ivan from reception was great ! I think their whole staff could fit in into each modern metropolitan 5* cities hotel around Europe.

Hotel Selby has been around for over 70 years in San Juan. It is a decent hotel, but looks like it has never been updated. If you like an authentic experience and are not looking for luxury, this is a great and budget friendly hotel to stay. Staff is friendly, hot water, wifi works, and a breakfast included. I had a good stay.

We loved this place. Very clean and comfortable. The owners were wonderful and spoke just enough English to explain everything about the home and local attractions. Much appreciated! We enjoyed the quiet location, security, kitchen, modern bathroom, and ample space. The bed was comfortable, and air-conditioning was terrific as it was a hot day. We would definitely recommend it.

The province's growth is really noticeable. Very peaceful and clean, the park and its people are excellent, a very good shopping center. Everything was perfect, we received a wonderful welcome. I hope it continues to grow thanks to governments that invest in their people and their city!

If you're short on time, San Juan has beautiful places...

If you're short on time, San Juan has beautiful places nearby. The Sierra Azul farm was a lovely and delightful experience, and the Punta Negra dam offers day trips that won't leave you exhausted. There are also plenty of places to visit in the city for a short getaway.

Excellent service and friendly staff.

Excellent service and friendly staff. A clean and well-organized city. Plenty of public spaces to enjoy. Fascinating attractions are just a few kilometers away, including wineries. Highly recommended. We'll be back with more time to explore the Valley of the Moon, Hischilaguasto National Park, and the surrounding area at a more leisurely pace.

Beautiful province.

Beautiful province. Very well maintained, the people are very friendly. The accommodation options seem expensive and limited. The good hotels are extremely expensive, which is a shame. It's worth visiting for the scenery and the people.

All the excursions are beautiful, unfortunately there's no...

All the excursions are beautiful, unfortunately there's no train in the province thanks to a president who got rid of it... mistake, there should be a train. Currently there's little tourism, so there are few vans and most trips are done by bus or car. You can find out which agencies are recommended at the tourist offices in the airport and bus terminal.

San Juan is a very beautiful province with many attractive places. The city has many beautiful spots, and its departments stand out for their unique character. San Juan is beautiful inside and out. The staff at this hotel were friendly and welcoming.My room was reasonably large,clean and serviced daily.Sleep quality was very good.Breakfast was included in the price and was a good start to the day..The location was attractive-a pleasant walk to the main plaza in one direction and to the bus station in the other....Overall I am happy to recommend this place and give it 10 out of 10.

The hotel is located outside of the inner city of San Juan, in a more quiet area. The parking is practical, the garden very nice, spacious and clean room, comfortable bed, everything you need. We spent only one night there on the way to the next destination, but it was a perfect stop.
