Great breakfast with lots of vegan options. The dinner is also excellent and very vegan friendly. The hotel is located in a very pleasant town, from which there are several beautiful hiking trails.

Perfect view with mountains. Love the wellness area and the checkin area, very nice decoration and views. food and wine is very good! we love the kaiserschmarrn, which was the best we've ever had!!! room is big and clean. services are also nice and friendly, and hotel looks quite new actually. they also provided some activities like yoga for guests. In general very relaxing hotel for vacation, way beyond my expectation!

Very friendly staff, good breakfasts and delicious dinners. Perfectly clean. Definitely recommend! I noticed that in other reviews someone complained about the lack of vegetarian options for dinner. At the moment they suggest a choice between meat and vegetarian for the main dish.

I've been visiting Bad Hofgastein for 12 years in the summer holiday, and with every visit it gets a bigger space in my heart. Plenty of memories, plenty of relaxation, plenty of beautiful and peaceful sceneries, and every year people are being nicer and sweeter. The town keeps developing and renovating that can be noticed in every visit.

We visited the thermal pool, the minimum stay is 4 hours, which is probably little bit too long, but the water was nice and warm, outdoor pool with a mountain view. Shops available. Petrol station available. Skilift right at the center. Very friendly and helpul people (a special thanks to a lady at a petrol station who helped us to find a car mechanic on saturday afternoon to fix our car to be able to drive back home)

It’s nice little town.

It’s nice little town. If you like skiing and bathing in one of spa areas, then you will enjoy. Not lot of restaurants and good ones are always reserved so you need to prebook if you want to have lunch or dinner. Not a lot to do with children, specially young ones that are not skiing yet.

The thermal baths are fantastic.

The thermal baths are fantastic. Extremely beneficial and beautiful for your body, along with dry sauna and steam room. The view from the pool was breathtaking. Very good amenities. The town center is very very charming and quaint A wonderful destination

I enjoyed Bad Hofgastein immensely sadly we didnt use the therme so we will be back 100%. lots of lovely walks the kur park is excellent .. It is excellent to use as a base to vist the nearby points of interest

It wasn't good · I was looking for dog-friendly accommodation, I wanted to relax, spend 2 quiet nights, but there weren't too many appreciable positives, it probably nuances things a bit, that's what happened. My dog ​​is 9 months old, going to school, this has never happened before at home and in other environments, but when I left the room he chewed on the leg of the chair. The photos I attached show how much. It was probably a new place for him and that’s why it happened. I also immediately received the email that damage had occurred, the invoice was sent. I also attached the invoice to the photos. They sent me an invoice for € 162.80 and asked if they could deduct it from my credit card. I wrote to agree on an amount, I’m very happy to pay, but that’s maybe a little much. Then the next day I noticed that the amount had been deducted from my bank account without my permission. Anyone who wants to go with a dog, I don’t think so, because it can happen at any time. But I don't recommend the hotel even without a dog. Disgusting attitude!

The hotel was fantastic and really added to our overall experience in Bad Hofgastein. The breakfast was very good, with a wide choice of fresh food to suit everyone. Dinner in the evenings was top class, and service was very friendly and courteous. The direct access to the Alpentherm Spa is a wonderful bonus when staying at this hotel. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel thoroughly, and look forward to returning to this area and hotel.

Really friendly family hotel. Great sized room. Lovely pool facilities. Food was plentiful and our 21 month old was well catered for. Location is idilic and bad hofgastein is fantastic. Very helpful with activities - helped us book horse carriage ride and rang around for husky sleigh ride. Much more helpful that the tourist info centre!

The food is ok, the buffet is the same every morning and every night. The dishes that you receive at dinner are a bit too weird for my taste. The best thing is the SPA in the hotel (-2 floor) and the corridor to the thermal pools (you can go there in the robe). So your kids will love it
