The hotel and everything was nice including the always open breakfast room with free water and tea and the general cleanliness of the whole place, When I arrived there with my family there was only one staff member on duty running the show on New Years Eve. My young family and I travelled to dozens of countries and stayed in more hotels than we can count, but this one staff member, at Hotel 23, on the outskirts of Vienna, I think her name was Christina?, was among the friendliest, most helpful staff we have ever met. Not the usual hospitality friendliness that is often so superficial, but a friendliness coming from within, super natural and super honest. I hope she makes a decent wage, because she is worth gold in our opinion. Vielen Dank für Ihren herzlichen Empfang, den super Service, und dass Sie ein wahnsinnig toller Mensch sind.

Good location in quiet town not far from Schwechat airport. Train station in walking distance: Vienna downtown is 30min. by train. Clean facilities reasonably well equipped. WIFI works erratically and there is no elevator.

Untold charge for breakfast kept silent until after breakfast and collected by hallway ambush! Uber didn't want to collect us because they said it was too close to the airport and the drivers don't make enough to make the trip worth it.

Had a great stay! Zoran was especially helpful—really appreciated his assistance throughout. The cleaning staff were also very friendly and made me feel welcome. The hotel is conveniently close to the airport, and the room was a decent size—comfortable and just what I needed. Would happily stay again. Breakfast very good

Great option when you need a place to stay by the airport. I took a taxi there (25€) and on the way back the hotel shuttle (15€). It was nice and clean, everything worked, shower was hot, the staff were very accomodating, and I also got a free cup of coffee in the morning :)

The hotel is very conveniently located, just one train stop from the airport. Check-in and check-out are simple, communication with the owner is prompt via WhatsApp. The room has a refrigerator and a TV. The bed is quite comfortable.
