The hotel was great our family room was massive, very comfortable and clean with amazing views of the mountains. The staff were so friendly and helpful on the front desk, in the restaurant and at the bar. The spa and pool facilities were great and the kids loved the pool and so nice that it is still warm when outside in the cold.

The room is perfectly designed. I travel a lot for work and stay in many hotels. This Hotel was the most welcoming one. The room tempreature was adjusted to the cold winter weather outside and it was warm and welcoming. The hotel'facilities like Indoor pool, spa, etc were excellent to get relaxed and gain energy for the next day. The Breakfast was by far the best one I had in Austria.

The hotel is as perfect as it gets. The location was perfect as everything was close by including the airport (5 minutes away). The hotel itself was very clean and had amazing facilities provided. The customer service level was incredible, especially from Steffie, who had checked us in and gave a tour of the hotel. One of those superb Austrian hotels that grew organically over the years and kept everything in top shape. The restaurant is more than 100 years old (but in immaculate condition, traditional but modern at the same time), the spa looks brand new. The evening menu in the restaurant was longer than usual; great choice of finely prepared meals! The breakfast was also worthy of any 4 or even 5-star hotel. We could hardly tell that we were staying in an older part of the house - the room was in excellent condition. Unfortunately we only stayed for one night while travelling through.
