Everything at this property was top notch. The staff and facilities made our stay very comfortable. We were with a toddler and we didn’t have to be worried about her as this place has something for all ages be it adults, teenagers or toddlers. There are enough play area, kids activity rooms, games, outdoor play area and lovely pools. The surroundings are so beautiful for short walk and hike in the nature. We also got access to free cable car rides during our stay (may be it’s seasonal). There are also enough parking and car charging options.

It is a very quiet town with spectacular views and it is a great location to visit the dolomite mountains/lakes as the location is only 1 hour away by car. The only thing that disappointed me is the language barrier as they only speak German but still they are helpful.

Innervillgraten is beautiful.

Innervillgraten is beautiful. However, the mass tourism in the Dolomites shouldn't be underestimated. In August, we often had to leave for the major sights at 6 a.m., otherwise the toll roads were closed or completely jammed. Many things need to be booked well in advance (such as bus shuttles).

Getting around town is easy.

Getting around town is easy. Public transportation is free with a guest card. From Kalkstein, trails lead to beautiful peaks. I recommend the Freilichtmuseum Alpines open-air museum.

A high-altitude mountain village with a pleasant climate in midsummer. The local bus is free throughout the valley with a guest card (from Lienz to Kalkstein). There are many beautiful excursion opportunities to several working alpine pastures.

Innervillgraten is a peaceful place nestled in a stunning mountain landscape. It's not overrun with tourists, which is exactly what we loved about it. You can find everything you need for a wonderful, relaxing holiday there. This mountain region is truly unique. We've been there three times now, and certainly not for the last time.

The lady was really kind! We had some car problems and she came to pick us up with her car to take us to the hotel, she also prepared for us something to eat (it was late, everything outside was closed). She also offered the day after to carry us back to my car if it was necessary. All with a big smile: exceptional! Rooms and structure are very clean and very nice. The mountain view outside is stunning. I recommend for sure!

The best stay I ever had in Austria. Everything was good, host response to me even I check in at 5am in the morning, and they help to look for each of the every car repair shop available to help me communicate and resolve my car issue. They even offered me with breakfast to relieve the tension. Met a great family in Innervillgraten Must stay here if you visit here

Newly decorated and very cosy apartment with comfortable bed, great shower, balcony with a view on picturesque valley surrounded by mountains and green pastures... In close proximity to Drei Zinnen area, but away from crowds... next time we will explore hiking areas around beautiful Innervillgraten👍😀

Very nice host. The most beautiful view of the valley from the bedroom. Perfect for those who love nature and silence. There is another lovely valley 10 min away from Innervillgraten called Unterstalleralm. Highly recommend to visit the place.
