Everything about this location is exceptional! Starting with the staff who were extremely nice and helpful with a great spirit and joy, amenities and facilities, gourmet food, the Feuerbar which organized on the Easter week-end an amazing BBQ. Spa facilities were great and with high services and treatments. You could feel that this business is run with the love for the team, property and customers!

The rooms were delightfully cozy and a very good standard. I had a single room with a balcony which had a charming view of the valley. It was spacious and quiet with new floors and fittings, new furnishing and everything comfortable. Breakfast was good with buffet and a la carte options. Location was good. Walking distance to everywhere, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. 10 minutes walk to the ski lifts or you could take a free bus. Staff were always friendly and very helpful.

Beautiful hotel, with an incredible view from the window. We checked in late at night and in the morning I was amazed at the panorama right from the bed. The staff were incredibly helpful and helped with the late check in, thank you very much. Would highly recommend the hotel, the whole family were very pleased.

I have traveled the world, and I can easily say this was one of the nicest stays in my life! I was visiting Grossarl from Vienna for a long weekend to hike the alps and relax at the spa. Not only were the location and facilities absolutely beautiful, clean, and cozy, the staff was so attentive and professional. Everything felt like a dream- from being greeted with a welcome sekt to a lovely note with my name on it and complimentary chocolates in the room, to allowing a late check out and sending me off with a small gift of their own homemade smoked salt, everything was just perfect. I was treated so well by such friendly people. The dinners were an absolute highlight- each dish was brilliantly crafted and presented, and the taste almost made me cry. I have been telling my family and friends about Grossarlhof, and will continue to spread the word- my favorite hotel I've ever stayed in!
