All the facilities of the place were perfect. Thanks to the friendly host, I was able to travel to Vienna comfortably. I want to visit again. There were minor issues such as hot water and lighting, but they were quickly resolved with the host's active help. I would like to thank you through this review.

The hotel and everything was nice including the always open breakfast room with free water and tea and the general cleanliness of the whole place, When I arrived there with my family there was only one staff member on duty running the show on New Years Eve. My young family and I travelled to dozens of countries and stayed in more hotels than we can count, but this one staff member, at Hotel 23, on the outskirts of Vienna, I think her name was Christina?, was among the friendliest, most helpful staff we have ever met. Not the usual hospitality friendliness that is often so superficial, but a friendliness coming from within, super natural and super honest. I hope she makes a decent wage, because she is worth gold in our opinion. Vielen Dank für Ihren herzlichen Empfang, den super Service, und dass Sie ein wahnsinnig toller Mensch sind.

Good location near Vienna and great comfy place for the value. There are few place to eat if you arrive after 8. The Stuff was very nice and helpful. Very comfortable beds and everything were very clean. I recommend If you wondering were to stay for a night during your trip trough Austria.
