This is my favourite hotel in the world. I have traveled to Africa, Asia, Europe, and North America, and this remains my very favourite hotel. The staff is always friendly and professional. The hotel is well-appointed and clean. The bathtub in the room is huge and perfect after a long day of traveling or sightseeing. The breakfast is the best breakfast at any hotel I have ever had. I specifically plan my travel in Europe around a stay at the Penz.

The hotel is ideally located right in the city center. Everything was beautifully displayed and well taken care of. Cosy and comfy flair throughout the hotel. The room was very clean and spacious and well arranged with everything you'd need. The bed was very comfortable with pillow options. All the amenities were excellent and well thought of: bathrobe, enough towels, soap, hairdryer, tea, coffee. They offer a big fridge on every floor level if you'd want to keep your food cool and safe charging stations for your phone in case of emergencies. The spa area was beautiful with pool, sauna, reading nooks, seating areas, all arranged with fresh fruits and freshly infused waters and tea. Breakfast was delicious with a great amount of options + vegan options to choose from. Highly recommend!

I could not eat or drink in Hotel Stubai because the owner randomly decided to close it 24 hours before my arrival. Had I known,I would have cancelled but cynically,thery notified me after the cancellation period had elapsed.

This is an amazing hotel with great staff that offered excellent service! The restaurant was perfect and the food was delicious! While we only stayed one night on our way to Italy, the hotel would be extremely well-suited for an extended stay, either during summer or winter! We’ll definitely be back to explore Innsbruck and go skiing this winter, and when we do we will be staying at this hotel! Five star destination for sure!

Schönberg in the Stubai Valley is beautifully situated. It has excellent transport links and is quickly accessible from Innsbruck. The village is surrounded by mountains and offers magnificent views in every direction. The area is ideal for beautiful hikes.

The surroundings are fantastic.

The surroundings are fantastic. We were on our way to Italy and had a wonderful lunch in the area that afternoon, enjoying the scenery. Definitely recommended for paragliders, who flew in large groups. We've also heard plenty of opportunities for cyclists and hikers from other guests. Another great feature is that you can drive right around the corner onto the Brenner Pass.

Very convenient location for excursions and hikes. A very beautiful hike from Telfes to Stockerhof. From Fulpmes to Gröbenhof and back to Fulpmes via Medarz! Excellent food (Tyrolean cuisine!) in both restaurants.

The best thing about this property is the staff behavior and the location! It is really nice place to stay overnight and have a fresh morning start. The staff are very friendly, dinner and breakfast served in the restaurant are with quite good quality and taste. It really depends what you expect, do you want a quiet local hotel or a 5 star fancy one? This property surely doesn't feet in the second category! But walking around, quiet, very typical Austrian village hotel, that you get for sure. Enjoy your stay! :)
