I don’t even know where to begin the praise for this place! Everything was excellent! From the room, to the spa, and the staff, my God, the staff! Nicest people you could ask for. The fact that it’s adult only ensures that you get plenty of rest and quiet. But this does not mean boredom! Let me detail our experience. We booked a standard room. When we arrived, they told us they upgraded our room which was the first pleasant surprise. Then, seeing we had a dog, they asked if we want to dine in the restaurant or in the lobby bar, because dogs were permitted in the lobby bar. We had breakfast in the lobby and dinner in the restaurant. Then, each one of us got a vacation card, which we could use for all kind of activities, like the lift, rafting, museums and so on (some were for free, others discounted). In the room, the first fill of the minibar was free (like whaaat??), we got a bowl and treats for the dog. The toilet is in a separate room from the washroom, which if you’re the lady in a straight couple you know is a plus 😅 the shower was huge and they have the nicest toiletries (even lip balm!). The room was also super quiet, or maybe we did not have any neighbours. In the restaurant, we were always seated at the same table, which was really nice. For the breakfast you can order 3 kinds of eggs, there’s cheese and salami and the others, but also muesli, fruit, baked goods and jams. Oh and some super crispy bacon! The dinner is 5 course, and for the soup and the main you can choose from a variety which is really nice. The food is top notch! I still think about the lamb I had and the mango and chilly sorbet (that made my mouth hot and cold simultaneously). The spa is nice and quiet, there are 2 pools and a jacuzzi. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy and relax. And lastly, the staff. Everyone, from the reception, to the guys from the bar and the restaurant are super professional and nice. Everyone loves dogs and will pet them at any chance.

Location is perfect for skiing. We were in the apartment 1101 which is the closest one to the slope 4. There is a locker for ski equipment next to the door. Apartment is spacious and very well equipped. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 wc. Sauna is nice and easy to use. Kitchen is equipped with utensils, kettler, coffee machine, toaster, washing machine… Bed mattresses and linen of a good quality. Quite place ensures good sleep. Beautiful view to the mountains. Parking is visible from the window.

Very friendly receptionist, explained everything clearly. Sure, here is the English translation: Nice apartment. Excellent location near the cable car, next to a grocery store and a bike rental with good prices. In the summer, I recommend e-bikes. I rented one on Saturday evening and returned it on Monday morning because they are closed on Sundays. The discount card is great – free cable cars and saunas at the BergHof hotel are included. The issue with the fridge was resolved within 30 minutes after calling. In the summer, we recommend archery, the alpine coaster, rope park, e-bikes, and hiking.

Pros:

Pros: Beautiful location and very well maintained during heavy snow. The apartments are new, clean, big and also very well maintained with floor heating. The 1 bathroom per room made our stay comfortable. The windows are really good isolating. The sauna is amazing. Cons: Parties, loud music in the house made our stay very tiring. The mattress was not the most comfortable one. We got 3 dishwasher capsules for 4 days which wasn’t enough, and we didn’t get more when asking for it. Compared to how much you pay this a bit poor service.

Nice wide slopes and quick lifts. Bars like the Marcius right on the slopes are a gem, pure energy and party places. The place at the Kofelcenter hosts a DJ during a day so always a lot of fun and good wibes there.

Well-maintained ski area, good lifts, some with heated seats or gondolas. A bit problematic to buy food - selection on the local supermarket (f.e. fresh meat / poultry) not possible. Pasta, sausages - plenty :D

Our stay in Nassfeld met all expectations.

Our stay in Nassfeld met all expectations. In addition to comfortable accommodation and friendly staff, we liked the fact that there were no delays on the cable cars, very well-maintained trails, beautiful nature and enough facilities to stay in the snow. Nassfeld is place to stay with the family but also if you are coming with friends. Diverse food offer and nice weather made our stay even better.

The apartments seem to be of an older date, but the location is exceptional - practically on the ski slopes, friendly staff, a restaurant and bar in the same building make the stay extremely pleasant. We will definitely come again.

Excellent (family) hotel. This was our second time here, no regret, indeed. Endless programmes nearby, wonderful location; also nice variety of inhouse organized evening programs (live music, wine tasting, bingo). Staff is kind, good to see same faces as last year. All-inclusive service is outstanding, nice quality food, children friendly menu. The family room is very comfortable, the mountain view is breathless. We are planning to return... :)

I really liked the apartment. It is very spacious, has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sauna. Also own kitchen and living room. The location of the apartment is perfect, directly on the ski resort. The view from the apartment is beautiful.

Many different possibilities, many slopes. Hotel is great. Good restaurants on the ski resorts. Well Prepared tracks. Pet friendly. The Almhotel let us use the room through the day because of our dog. Good food in all the restaurants.
